Who I Am

I love to cook, and I love to eat. I enjoy music, hiking with my husband, and my two small dogs Tootsie and Wilson. 
Once an unhealthy foodie that hated the gym, I could never have imagined that one day I would be working as a personal trainer and nutritionist, helping people get healthier everyday. I believe that health and fitness should be accessible for everyone, and that making sustainable lifestyle changes is key to long term success and consistency. 
I am still a foodie today, and that will never change. My goal is to educate and empower every client with the knowledge and plan that allows them to enjoy their life, while reaping the benefits
